She's a very sweet young girl. She wishes to help all, but due to the man she considers her father, it's hard for her to.

On the way to Avalon, Tirea was dropped and the egg cracked. Puck took her into the future after finding the egg and just left her somewhere. The one who found the broken egg then was Xanatos himself. He did tests, made it so she was able to hatch but the damage to her body had been done. Her wings were too small, she could not glide and she hardly grew, causing her body to remain slightly child like in sizing. Due to her being a form of failure, she is hardly let out or used. But she considers him to be her father and always strives for his approval, which lands her in worlds of trouble at times.

Though she could not use her wings, she loved the feeling of the wind, so the young gargoyle would sit in the highest place she could find and close her eyes, wishing that she could glide and ride the wind currents.

Question, she is like a Gargoyle Midget? Physically Mature, but reduced size and stature, and wings do not work for flight?

She is not exactly a midget. Her body is correctly porpotional minus the wings. The over all size could be considered to be midget like but her body isn't exactly like a midget would be. She just stopped growing at a certain size.

So her wings are almost for show.
